For most clients, results last 6–12 months depending on metabolism, the product chosen, and how much volume was placed. Maintenance touch-ups every 6–9 months are common.
Not the way I inject. My default with first-time clients is conservative — a half syringe placed for shape and border definition rather than volume. You can always add more at a follow-up visit; you cannot undo overfilling without dissolving and starting over.
